Returns & Refunds
We have the right to approve or reject any product returns and/or refunds based on the following criteria:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Any and all shipping damage claims must be filed with us no later than 30 days after receipt. We always suggest checking your items upon receipt even if you do not plan on installing until a later date. Do NOT throw away any packaging and take photos of packaging and product if damaged.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be created before returning any products. You must sign in to your account and request an RMA there.
Product must be in original packaging and unused. There will likely be a reboxing fee depending upon the product type.
If powder coated the coating must be undamaged when returned. If it is damaged in any way then we have to re-coat it which costs us to do so.
All returns, unless shipped in error, must be shipped prepaid back to us. We suggest insuring the shipment as we are not responsible for loss or return shipping damage. A shipping method with a tracking number is highly suggested.
We do not refund initial order shipping charges IF the order has shipped nor credit card processing fees. Processing fees are NOT refunded by most card processors, including ours (PayPal and Shopify) therefore we are unable refund these fees even if the transaction is refunded within minutes.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any return goods to cover repackaging and other costs.
